The Kaiser K3482 PL24 Vario Desktop Light provides a versatile continuous lighting solution for photography, video recording and digital content creation. Its compact LED panel incorporates 240 specially selected high-CRI SMD LEDs behind a structured diffuser screen. This diffuser scatters and directs the emitted light to achieve a combination of high illuminance and soft, even lighting. With a CRI of 97 and TLCI of 93, the light offers excellent colour reproduction for both still photography and video.
The PL24 Vario provides continuously adjustable colour temperature from 3200 K warm white to 5600 K neutral daylight, allowing the illumination to be matched to different environments and creative requirements. Brightness is also continuously adjustable from 0 to 100%, giving users precise control over light intensity. The panel delivers up to 800 lux at a distance of 1 metre, with an 80-degree radiation angle, flicker-free output and very low heat radiation.
Supplied with a height-adjustable desktop stand, the PL24 Vario is particularly convenient for tabletop and desktop lighting applications. The stand features a stable 15.6 cm diameter round base and an adjustable height range of 30 to 46 cm. An integrated swivel joint allows the lighting panel to tilt approximately 90 degrees forwards or backwards for precise positioning. The light is mains powered and can also be mounted on other suitable lighting stands or fixtures with a standard 16 mm spigot, providing flexibility for larger photographic and video setups.
