Before returning your item, you must download, print, complete and include this Returns Form inside your return package. Returns received without a completed Returns Form may be delayed while we identify your order.

Changed Your Mind?

If you've purchased an item that you no longer need, you can return it within 90 days of purchase for a refund, provided it meets the following conditions:

• The item is unused and unopened.
• It is returned complete with all accessories.
• It is in its original packaging.
• The packaging is undamaged.
• The item is in a fully resaleable condition.

Before You Return Your Item

• You must print, complete and include the Returns Form inside your return package. Returns received without a completed form may be delayed.
• Use additional outer packaging to protect the original product packaging.
• Please do not attach tape, courier labels or write directly onto the product packaging.
• We recommend obtaining proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Return Postage

If you're returning an unwanted item, ordered the wrong product or no longer require it, you are responsible for the return postage costs.

For larger or heavier items we can arrange collection for a £20 courier charge. Please contact us before returning these items if you would like us to organise this for you.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe your product is faulty, has been damaged during delivery or you have received the wrong item, please do not return it straight away.

Contact our Customer Support team first so we can discuss the issue and advise on the quickest solution. In many cases we'll be able to resolve the problem without the need for a return or provide specific return instructions if the item needs to come back to us.

How to Return an Item

1. Ensure your item meets our returns conditions.
2. Download, print and complete the Returns Form.
3. Place the completed Returns Form inside your return package.
4. Package the item securely using additional outer packaging.
5. Send your parcel to the address below.
6. Keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Return Address

Your completed Returns Form must be enclosed inside the package with your return. Please also use suitable outer packaging to protect the original product packaging.

Refunds

Every returned item is inspected before a refund is processed.

If your return meets the conditions outlined above, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method. Please allow a few working days for the funds to appear depending on your payment provider.
