The Kaiser K5652 RB 570 AX is a professional twin-panel LED daylight lighting system designed for precise, consistent and repeatable photographic reproduction. Featuring two colour-matched LED light banks with 272 selected white SMD LEDs per panel, integrated thermo-management, individual or synchronous precision dimming and adjustable aluminium light housings, it provides powerful, soft and even illumination for artwork, documents, photographs and other originals. Designed for Kaiser rePRO copy stands, it also supports integration with compatible Kaiser autoDrive systems.

Kaiser K5652 RB 570 AX LED Lighting Unit

Developed for demanding photographic reproduction and digitisation, the RB 570 AX combines two large-area LED surface lights with advanced thermal regulation. Its matched daylight panels, removable soft screens and precise brightness controls provide homogeneous illumination across flat originals, while extended 87 cm support arms and heavy-duty clamp bases make it suitable for professional rePRO installations.

Matched daylight panels

Each panel contains 272 selected white SMD LEDs, producing 5600 K daylight with matched intensity for uniform, symmetrical illumination.

Precision dimming

Adjust both lights individually or synchronously from 10% to 100% in precise 1% increments, with an illuminated information display.

Up to 8000 lux

Maximum illumination reaches 6800 lux with the soft screens fitted or 8000 lux without them, under Kaiser's stated measurement conditions.

The RB 570 AX features two LED light banks, each fitted with 272 specially selected white SMD LEDs. The light intensity of both panels is matched, allowing precisely homogeneous illumination when the lights are positioned symmetrically. Its 5600 Kelvin daylight output is flicker-free without residual ripple and contains no infrared or ultraviolet components.

Integrated thermo-management combines sensor-controlled temperature monitoring, dynamic compensation and passive cooling through the LED boards and aluminium housings. This helps prevent variations in brightness and colour temperature as operating temperatures change, supporting consistent photographic reproduction across longer working sessions.

The sturdy anodised aluminium light housings can be swivelled, shifted horizontally and adjusted vertically. Detachable soft screens provide diffused illumination, while height-marked vertical support arms tilt through defined detent positions. A memory function restores the previously selected brightness setting when the unit is switched on again.

Professional lighting for Kaiser rePRO copy stands

The K5652 RB 570 AX is suitable for Kaiser rePRO System copy stands and the K5600 copy stand from the RD System. It also supports computer-controlled brightness adjustment when used with compatible Kaiser autoDrive systems. Optional K5641 polarising foils are available separately to reduce reflections from non-metallic surfaces when used with a polarising filter on the camera lens. The lighting unit is supplied with a mains adapter accepting 100-240 V input.
